Two people died after a head-on collision Sunday on State Highway 9 in Pottawatomie County, according to Oklahoma Highway Patrol. OHP officials said the crash happened on the highway near Drummond Road, just four miles south of Bethel Acres.

A report from OHP stated that 44-year-old Charlotte Zierke, of Tecumseh, was driving a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am east on OK-9 when the vehicle went left of center for unknown reasons.
