OHP: Stillwater man killed in Payne County rollover crash
According to reports from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, 50-year-old Wayne Prebehalla of Stillwater was driving westbound on SH33 about six miles west of Perkins. At around 3:30 p.m. on Feb. 6, Perkins' vehicle left the roadway, crossed back over the center line and left the other side of the road. Perkins reportedly over-corrected again, became airborne and again left the roadway.
