Oklahoma woman dies after ATV crash in Pawnee County

The two were traveling westbound on the sandy beach when the vehicle went out of control.
An ATV crash killed the passenger and critically injured the driver at Keystone Lake in Pawnee County on Saturday at around 5:30 p.m. at Keystone Lake. Ty Daniel Gant, 29, of Sand Springs was driving a Yamaha ATV and lost control of the vehicle while driving on Monkey Island. He and his passenger were ejected from the vehicle. Denise Ashley Zawaski, 27, of Sand Springs, died of head injuries. Gant was transported to a Tulsa hospital in critical condition. It is not yet reported if they were wearing helmets.
