An OHP press release states 25-year-old Timothy W. Patty, of McAlester, "was in the outside lane" of Highway 69 North, about a mile and a half north of McAlester, when he was struck by a 2015 Nissan Altima driven by 22-year-old Skylar Johnson, of McAlester.
