Ashley Biggs, 24, of Muskogee and two other people, whose identities have not been revealed, died after two vehicles crashed around 4:45 p.m. on State Highway 16 just west of Muskogee, authorities said.

Ashley Biggs, 24, and two other people, whose identities have not been revealed, died after two cars collided head-on, on State Highway 16. Ashley Biggs was the passenger of one of the two vehicles and was pronounced dead at a local hospital. Christina Biggs, 42, was driving the first car. Christina Biggs was admitted to the local hospital in critical condition from head, arm, leg, internal and external injuries. The two other people in the second car, whose identities are not revealed, died at the scene. The fatality occurred when the second vehicle drove into the eastbound lane and hit the other vehicle head-on, according to authorities. When the two cars came to a stop, they caught fire.
