Troopers were the first to arrive and helped the Limestone Fire Department free Nicholas Oberst, 25, of Owasso from the wrecked car. Reynolds was found on the ground nearby.
The OHP report says Reynolds was in serious condition and Oberst was in critical condition when they were taken to a Tulsa hospital.
