Oklahoma 2-year-old dies after ATV crash

Russell and the child, who were not wearing helmets, were thrown from the vehicle, troopers said. Russell was not injured. 

2-year-old dies in ATV crash, mom has odor of alcohol

Angela Russell and the girl were riding on the ATV, when for an unknown reason they went off the roadway multiple times.
The ATV, being driven by Angela Russell, 33, of Chouteau, went off the road. The child, whose name was not released, was taken to a nearby hospital where she died.
