Diamond Kittrell, 19, was injured in a single-vehicle crash on US-62 near Altus, Oklahoma

According to the accident report provided by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the accident occurred on US-62, 11 miles east of Altus when the 2016 Ford F-150 that 19-year-old Diamond A. Kittrell was a passenger in attempted to make a turn onto a county road when it failed to negotiate the turn, departed the road, and struck a culvert.
