Martin Tapia Mosqueda, 65 of Othello, was driving a full size passenger bus north on Adams Road and attempted to turn west onto South Frontage Road East. Mosqueda turned into the path of a south bound pickup driven by 43-year-old Jose Guerrero Rosario of George.
