The preliminary investigation indicated that a pickup operated by 53-year old Kenneth Tish of Yoncalla, was traveling southbound when for unknown reasons it crossed the center lane line and struck a northbound vehicle operated by 40-year old Nicholas Tyree of Lebanon, head-on.
