Driver and two juveniles taken to the hospital following a two-vehicle collision on Interstate 5 in Roseburg, Oregon

An Oregon State Police report said at about 10:50 a.m. the driver of an SUV was going northbound on Interstate Five near the fairgrounds exit in Roseburg. The man said he was traveling at about 74 miles per hour when a pickup pulling a small utility trailer started to pass him on the right then abruptly changed into the left lane, hitting his SUV.
