Preliminary investigation revealed that a white 2013 Dodge Van, operated by Sharon Lee MILLER, age 76, from Mt. Angel, was traveling eastbound on 126W navigating a small left hand corner when it left the roadway for unknown reasons. The Dodge hit a tree on the passenger side before coming to rest.
