Klamath Falls Man Killed While Crossing Highway 39 - Klamath County
Preliminary investigation revealed a 2015 Dodge Dart was traveling northbound on Highway 39 (Malin Highway) when it struck a pedestrian in the lane of travel. The pedestrian, James A WELLS, age 77, of Klamath Falls, was taken to Sky Lakes Medical Center where he was later pronounced deceased. Information obtained was WELLS was attempting to cross the road to get his mail when he was struck.
