Names Released in Triple Fatal Crash in Josephine County
The driver of the Subaru Tommy Dodson, age 69, of Cave Junction was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the Mazda, Michael Kennedy, age 62 and his passenger Tammy Blind, age 51 (both of O'Brien) were both pronounced deceased on scene. A dog in the Mazda was also killed.
