The 2001 Freightliner was traveling westbound on OR 140 near mile post 2 when the 2013 Toyota Camry traveling northbound failed to obey the stop sign at Kershaw Rd and drove into the path of the semi.
Names released in fatal White City crash
At about 1:15 p.m. Thursday, Vernon Black, 65, had been driving northbound on Kershaw Road in the couple’s 2013 Toyota Camry sedan when the car failed to stop at the Highway 140 intersection east of White City.
