Preliminary investigation revealed that a white 2015 Triumph motorcycle, operated by Gregory D. Gummere (64), of Boise, ID, was traveling westbound on OR-22E when for unknown reasons the motorcycle crossed the centerline and clipped an eastbound 1996 Plymouth minivan operated by David Privratsky (62), of McMinnville, OR.
