Driver dead after I-5 off-ramp crash near Jantzen Beach
A man died early Thursday following a crash on Interstate 5, authorities said. According to Portland police, officers responded shortly after midnight to Interstate 5 Northbound at the Jantzen Beach exit where they found one car crashed and the driver dead.
