The woman, identified by Oregon State Police as 39-year-old Veronica Andrade of Boardman, was treated for minor injuries before she was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants. Authorities said that Andrade was traveling east on the highway around 3:15 a.m. near milepost 175 when the Cadillac CTS left the roadway, went onto the shoulder and flipped.
