Investigators say 42-year-old Anthony Enriquez, from Ukiah, was driving a 1999 Dodge Ram pickup truck northbound when he lost control of the vehicle and rolled it several times. His passenger was 35-year-old Joshua Kenneth Herrig, from Heppner.
