Alvin Horst Martin, 71, of Myerstown, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. His pickup truck, which was southbound on Ramona Road, was struck by a truck driven by Christopher Garrett, 38, of Ellijay, Ga., who was westbound on Route 422, police said.
