UPDATE: Police ID victim in fatal Route 30 crash
Emergency crews responded to the Rt 30 Bridge over the Susquehanna River at approx. 10:30 pm on Wednesday, July 12th for a multi-vehicle accident involving 2 motorcycles and a Jeep. According to West Hempfield Township Police, the accident occurred in the westbound lanes of travel. One motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene while another was taken to Lancaster General Hospital.
