Car with 5 people aboard crashes into empty house in Lancaster County. No injuries reported.

Officials say a car carrying five people left the roadway a crashed into a home in Manheim Township, Lancaster County.

The accident happened just after 2:30 a.m. Sunday at 45 Toll Gate Station.

The Eden fire Chief says the car smashed into the house, taking out numerous walls and ending up in the master bedroom.

The home was unoccupied at the time.

The Lancaster County Rescue Task Force was called in to secured the building, but due to severe structural damage the home was condemned by Manheim Township Code Compliance officers.

The investigation into the cause of the accident.
