Officials say the accident happened just after 3:30 p.m. on Interstate 83 North in Monaghan Township, York County.
The York County Coroner's Office says 73-year-old Carman Medina was transported from the scene and later died of her injuries at York Hospital.
Pennsylvania State Police and the York County Coroners Office continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
