Motorcyclist killed in head-on crash
State police say Melvin Frye, 56, of Halifax, was riding his 2008 Harley Davidson on SR 0147 when he crossed the double yellow line into the southbound lane. The motorcycle hit a 2014 Nissan coming the other way.
