Pennsylvania State Police said the other driver, Rindy Martin, 43, of Elizabethville, was driving his 2021 Dodge Charger at a dangerously high rate of speed when he lost control on a curve, crossed over the center line into the oncoming lane and hit Gimmi's Town and Country minivan.
