21-year-old Adam Webb of Hampden Township was hit by a tractor-trailer on Route 114 at the intersection of Shadow Oaks Drive around midnight.
According to Cumberland County coroner, 21 year old Adam Webb was killed overnight while helping victims of an earlier car accident in Silver Spring Township.
