ALLENTOWN, Pa. - A two-year-old was seriously injured in a car crash Saturday morning, police say. According to police, the toddler, Darian Carter Jones, was restrained in a car seat when the vehicle he was traveling in struck a parked car while traveling eastbound on Hanover Avenue, approaching Randolph Street.
