Cops: DUI driver kills woman in parked car
Shortly after 3 p.m., the 59-year-old motorist was driving on the 1800 block of South 13th Street when police said he hit three parked cars, including the victim's vehicle, pushing it into a fourth parked car.

Russino allegedly got out of his Accord and tried to take off his license plate. He then fled the scene on foot, police said. He was later arrested Saturday night.
