Four injured in one-vehicle crash on Blue Route near Radnor.
A one-vehicle crash Friday morning on the Blue Route sent four people to an area hospital.
The crash occurred at approximately 6:26 a.m. in the northbound lanes of Route 476.
Mohamed Hendi, 33, of Brooklyn, N.Y., told Pennsylvania State Police that he was driving his 2008 Chevy van in the left lane near mile marker 12.1 when a dark-colored SUV cut him off. Hendi lost control of his vehicle, which crossed over two lanes of traffic, the highway’s right shoulder and went off the roadway. The van stopped when it struck a tree approximately 30 feet from the right shoulder, state police said.
Hendi and his three passengers, all of whom are from Allentown, were injured. The extent of their injuries is unknown.
The four men were transported to Paoli Hospital for treatment.
The crash remains under investigation.
