Tip leads to driver in deadly hit-and-run crash, troopers say

Frank Snyder Jr., 38, of Lancaster, was arraigned Thursday morning on charges of accidents involving death and driving with a suspended license. Snyder was sent to Lehigh County Jail in lieu of $500,000 bail.

Court records indicate his license was suspended in 2012 after a series of traffic tickets including driving without insurance, careless driving and driving while his license was suspended or revoked.
