Crash claims motorist in Westmoreland County

One person died in a two-vehicle crash in Westmoreland County this afternoon, a 911 dispatch supervisor confirmed. The crash occurred at 3:30 p.m. along Route 380 at Utopia Road in Washington Township. Emergency crews were still on the scene just after 5 p.m. The supervisor could not say whether anyone else was injured. Washington Township police could not immediately be reached for comment.
