Cory Claypoole, 32, was seriously injured in a collision with a box truck while riding a motorcycle at the intersection of Main Street and East Slippery Rock Street in Chicora, Pennsylvania

Police say a box truck driven by 25-year-old Adam Burns of Ohio was pulling off of East Slippery Rock Street to go south on Main Street, when he collided with a motorcycle driven by 32-year-old Cory Claypoole of Hillards.
