Police believe alcohol factor in fatal Clarion County crash.

Pennsylvania State Police said that they believe alcohol was a factor in a single-vehicle crash that killed a Butler County man and injured two others early this morning in Clarion County.

Joshua Paul Bartley, 24, of East Butler, was driving a Ford F-150 on Greenville Pike north of Stone House Road in Clarion Township when he lost control and went off the right side of the road about 4:45 a.m., state police said in a press release.

The truck started to roll and Mr. Bartley was ejected from the vehicle, state police said. He died at the scene.

Two passengers, Joshua Paul Bartley, 23, of Chicora, and Carlos Eugene Morando III, 23, of Butler, suffered minor injuries.

State police said they were wearing seatbelts but Mr. Bartley was not.
