Elizabeth Forward student dies after ATV crash at racetrack
An Elizabeth Forward High School sophomore died Friday night after crashing his ATV at a race course in Latrobe. Andrew Kraemer, 16, of Elizabeth Township, was taken to UPMC Presbyterian where he died at 9:35 p.m., according to the Allegheny County medical examiner's office.
