Accident kills Mt. Pleasant Township motorcyclist

“A passing motorist came upon the accident scene and notified 911,” Bacha said. 
Ryan D. Knopsnider, 31, died of blunt-force injuries to his head and neck after his motorcycle traveled off the west side of Freeman Falls Road in Mt. Pleasant Township, Westmoreland County and hit a utility pole. Speed is believed to have been a factor, and Knopsnider was not wearing a helmet.
