Driver in deadly Woonsocket crash appears in court

Johnny Sak, 23, appeared in court on seven counts, including DUI – death resulting, driving without a license and possession of a controlled substance. Police say Sak was driving drunk with several other people in the car – including the mother of his child, Alexandra Patten – when he slammed into a telephone pole early Tuesday morning.
