The two-vehicle collision happened at about 1:35 p.m. in Dorchester County, said Lance Cpl. Nick Pye. A 1999 Lexus sedan was driving west on U.S. 78, and as it was turning onto West Meadow Drive, it collided with a 2015 Chrysler sedan that was heading east, according to Pye.
