Two teen skateboarders killed in S.C. hit and run
Watson says the two were riding skateboards along state Highway 162 when they were struck by a Jeep that was trying to pass another vehicle and the driver sped away. The vehicle was later found abandoned nearby and the owner reported it stolen to the Charleston police.
