Rivers Ave. at Cosgrove Ave. back open following deadly crash

Authorities say officers responded to the intersection around 8:30 a.m.

The crash involved seven vehicles, according to police spokesman Harve Jacobs.

Coroner IDs grandmother, grandson killed in Rivers Ave. crash

Debora Page, 62, from John’s Island, and Jo’siah Fragier, 4, from North Charleston both died from their injuries suffered in the Friday morning crash, Charleston County Coroner Bobbi Jo O’Neal said.
