Late Wednesday night, Tammy Harris was westbound on S-377 when her Mercedes-Benz crossed into the eastbound lane and struck a 2003 Toyota. The driver of the Toyota, 58-year-old Cindy Wolf of Summerville, was brought to MUSC, where she died. Harris has been charged with felony DUI.
