Woman charged with DUI in deadly wreck on I-77
Authorities said 35-year-old Jeannine Valdes rear-ended a car and sent it off the road. A passenger in that car, identified as 23-year-old Lacee Sullivan, was trapped and had to be pulled out. She was flown to Carolinas Medical Center where she died.
