A Midlands woman was killed Tuesday in a head-on crash involving an SUV and a dump truck, the Lexington County Coroner’s Office said. Sarah Taylor Galloway, a 41-year-old Chapin resident, died at the scene, Coroner Margaret Fisher said in a news release.
