4 Dead After Head On Crash In Fountain Inn
According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the crash involved a 2007 Lincoln sedan and a 2002 Honda Accord. Trooper Bolt say that the Lincoln was headed east on SC 418 when it crossed the center line and hit the Honda Accord head on.
Four victims in Laurens County head-on crash identified
The coroner says the victims were Crystal Swann, 79, from Fountain Inn, Karen Lockamy, 76, from Fountain Inn, Evan McNeely, 18, from Greenville and Kevin Marin, 20, from Greer.
