Upstate teen killed in single-vehicle crash in Spartanburg County, troopers say
An Upstate high school student was killed in a single-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon in Spartanburg County, according to South Carolina Highway Patrol. The crash happened just after 2 p.m. on Cothran Road near Windmill Hill Road, South Carolina High Patrol Trooper Mitchell Ridgeway said.
