According to troopers, a person was standing behind a parked car in the driveway at the property when another car hit the person and pinned them between both vehicles.

The girl reportedly was standing behind her family’s parked car when a family friend’s pickup truck pulled forward and hit her. The pickup then “unintentionally collided into the back of the family vehicle, causing Carla to be pinned between the two,” officials said.
