A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run in Greenville County Tuesday night, according to LCpl. Brittany Glover with South Carolina Highway Patrol. It happened just after 8:15 p.m. on Cedar Lane Road at West Parker Road, Glover said.

According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, around 8:18 p.m., a pedestrian was walking north on Cedar Lane Road near West Parker Road when they were struck by an unknown vehicle.
