Two killed when car runs off South Carolina road and crashes into tree, cops say
The single-vehicle collision happened at about 9 p.m. in Greenville County, said Lance Cpl. Nick Pye. A 2006 Chrysler sedan was driving south on Pelzer Road, and near the intersection with Peden Road the car swerved off the right side and hit a tree, according to Pye.

Senior Deputy Coroner Kirstine Strange said Manuel Jeronimo Gregorio, 52, and Roberto Arreola, 24, both of Piedmont, died about 8:50 p.m. in the crash on Old Pelzer Road near Peden Street in Piedmont.
