According to England, the crash happened on Friday around 6:30 p.m. on Sterling Grove Road and Augusta Road.

Starnes was not wearing a seatbelt during the time of the crash, according to the coroner.
According to Ridgeway, the 44-year-old driver was hurt in the collision and was taken to Greenville Memorial Hospital.
