One person has died after a crash in Pickens County, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol. Troopers say it happened around 11:38 p.m. Saturday on U.S. 178 near Knollwood Heights Road.
Driver dies in single-vehicle crash in Pickens Co.
According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 11:40 p.m. on US 178 at Knollwood Heights Road, about 2 miles east of Pickens. Troopers said a 2012 Audi was traveling east on US 178 when it ran off the right side of the road and hit a tree.
