A police detective said the accident happened just after 9 a.m. on West Butler Road between West Pointe Boulevard and Whatley Circle.

The collision involved a white box truck, a Chrysler Pacifica and a Subaru Outback, police said.

Two of the drivers were transported to the hospital, and it’s still unclear what caused the crash.

“We know it was a busy morning on that road, and there are certain to be multiple people that saw what happened,” police said.
